If you do however want to read some awesome art tips or follow along to a kick-ass tutorial, please don’t leave just yet.

I reserve the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions at any given time on this website. With me being a sometimes unpredictable whirlwind of energy, please check back here often.

Even though I work hard to provide you lots of valuable information (through recounting my own painting experience, techniques, doing hours of deep research diving into the artistic mind), I make no representation or warranties of any kind (expressed or implied) about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, products, services, or related graphics contained on The Buzzed Artist for any purpose.

I aim to provide you with valuable, art-driven information at the time of publishing, but some information will understandably get out-dated (as most old content does!). Should you find any out-dated information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do everything I can to get my butt to my computer and make any changes necessary. Like I mentioned, this is one self-taught artist’s opinion based on a personal experience in the art world. I’ve seen some stuff, and I like to be honest.

Although I try to keep thebuzzedartist.com running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, access to the site may be temporarily or permanently suspended and without notice at my own discretion, due to possible updates or technical issues beyond my control, like my newborn daughter deciding the best place to spit up would be all over my keyboard. I will not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or for any period of time. I will try to get the website back online as soon as possible. Or as fast as I can get my daughter to stop spitting up all over my electronics lol.

Privacy Statement

As you can see, I do collect emails with my various free guides or courses. Any personal and/or contact information provided to me will be kept private. You will not be spammed in any way, and I will not sell or disclose your information to any other companies. Your personal information will only be used by me to give you valuable art-related content every week, including any course or art promotions.

I am not responsible for the privacy practices of any of my advertisers or blog commenters.

note for parents

When collecting emails, I only ask for name and email address so as to send whatever freebie or guide that was requested by the subscriber. I do not ask or collect the age of my subscribers, since my content is geared and intended for adults, but I do recognize my content is also suitable for general audiences; with that being said, as a parent, in the event your child has signed up for my email newsletter or guides, please notify me via email to remove your child. All data pertaining to your child (like “name” and “email”) will be deleted, in compliance to FTC and COPPA regulations.

Reserve Rights

I, Amanda Rinaldi from The Buzzed Artist, reserve the right to change the focus of the blog, to shut it down, sell it, change the terms of use (go to a paid platform) at my own discretion.

I also reserve the rights to edit or delete any comments submitted to thebuzzedartist.com without notice due to: comments deemed to be spam or questionable spam, comments containing profanity, strong language, or concepts that could be deemed offensive, comments that polarize or attack a group or individuals, or comments from my brother to make him a sandwich. I do accept virtual hugs, encouraging pats on the back, and positive constructive criticism.

Advertisers and Sponsors

I am not responsible for the actions of my advertisers or sponsors. If you purchase a produce or service based upon a link from my website, you must take action with that company in question to resolve any issues, not The Buzzed Artist.

Any letters, emails, blog comments, responses on social media platforms like Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest or Instagram, or questions written directly to me may be used to share with my blogging audience unless specifically requested otherwise. I may use (parts of) these letters or emails, questions or any other feedback for use in my weekly emails, blog posts, videos, or upcoming books.
