With this painting, I made trees with a new brush, the #10 shader, which did an AMAZING job creating branches – and I was done in half the time (BONUS!)
In addition, I tried some advice from another painter when it comes to color combinations in a painting. When making parts of they sky and the ground, I made sure to include colors from both elements when mixing. This helps me get a more realistic painting with believable color composition.
